Green Chilli and Herb Hummus

  • ½ Cup flat-leaf parsley leaves

  • 1 Green chilli, seeded, finely sliced
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Creamy Basil Dip

Basil is so versatile, we can’t get enough! This low-fat recipe is basil-packed, plus it’s super quick and simple to make. An easy favorite for kids and parents alike.

  • 300g low-fat fresh ricotta
  • 1 Garlic clove, roughly chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons finely grated lemon zest
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice

  • 1-2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Handful green leafy herbs of choice
  • 1 Teaspoon Yellow Mustard
  • 1 Pinch Pink Salt Flakes
  •  2 Egg Yolks
  •  15 Grams Vinegar White Wine
  •  300 Grams flavourless oil
  •  50 Grams Fresh Lemon Juice

Mixed Herb Pesto

Nothing tops a fresh homemade pesto. This kitchen favourite is easy to whip up in any food processor. Eat with crackers or use it to take your pasta to the next level.

  • 1 Clove garlic, smashed and peeled
  • 2 Cups loosely packed tender herbs, such as parsley, tarragon, mint, cilantro, dill, chervil, cilantro and/or basil
  • ½ Cup nuts, such as walnuts, pecans or pine nuts
  • ½ Cup grated Parmesan cheese or other hard aged cheese
  • ½ Teaspoon salt
  • ½ Cup extra-virgin olive oil
