Coir is an all-natural growing medium with high water retention characteristics. Perfect for filling large pots and raised garden beds.  Use with cuttings, seed raising, microgreens, wheatgrass & hydroponics. Adding 5L of water makes 9-10L of coir. 

Coir is a 100% natural & biodegradable by-product of growing coconuts. Hy-Gen coir is of the highest grade and most suitable for growing plants. Lower quality coir will contain higher levels of salt and pH imbalances that will impact on your plant growth.

The UrbiPod's Disc wicking system works like magic - drawing water from the UrbiPod base into the growing Pod's reservoir and then into the coir to keep the plant irrigated. No pumps. No gadgets. No electricity. Just physics. 

If you need extra or replacement parts you can purchase just the wicking system for each pod: comprising:

• the circle disc that sits inside the individual Pod 
• the long wick (draws water from the base reservoir up into the Pod)
• the short wick (draws water from the individual Pod into the coir)

Recycle any PET bottle into a unique pot watering spike.

With adjustable dropper flow control, deliver water directly to the root zone of your favourite garden or pot plants.  Make a small hole in the end of the bottle to allow for water flow.

Don't forget to add some Urbotanica nutrient to help your plants flourish!
