Basil seedsticks are pre seeded with basil seeds for easy planting and germination. 

Contains 10 pre seeded basil seedsticks.

Tear off each seedstick and place into the growing Pod seeded tip first. Insert up to the black line on the seedstick. For a Pod use all 10 seedsticks in the packet and distribute equally around the Pod. 

Basil Red Rubin has a stronger flavour than the sweeter basil varieties. Provides  anti-bacterial properties, vitamins and minerals including vitamins A,C and E and fibre and antioxidents.

For best results spread entire packet evenly around the Pod and cover lightly with the coir.

Seeds germinate in 7-10 days. Harvest aggressively to stimulate more growth. Can be used as a fly repellent. Crush a leaf and rub on your skin as mosquito repellent.

Historically used as an aid to digestion, bath vinegar or antiseptic. 

It is one of the few herbs that increases its flavour when cooked. For best results add the basil at the very end of cooking. Perfect for fresh salads, pizza topping, pasta or making into pesto.

1 packet of cat grass containing 100 seeds. As with other seed varieties, spread the whole packet of seeds evenly around the Pod and cover with coir. 

Cat grass contains folic acid, which helps create the protein that moves oxygen into the blood to help help with your cat's circulation. There's also the side benefit that it contains the breath cleansing chlorophyll. 

And, cats like cat grass. Just ask them.

1 Packet of catmint seeds. Contains 50 seeds. As with other Urbotanica seeds, spread all the seeds over the Pod and cover with coir. 

Catmint has similar benefits to its close relative catnip. There are many reported health benefits and uses for catmint as an herbal supplement. Some of the uses include treatment for anxiety and insomnia. It is often used as for its calming effects on the mind, body and even stomach. Many of its uses are stress relieving in some form or another. Catmint is useful for a variety of digestive issues from stomach upset, diarrhea and gas. It may also help ease menstrual cramps.

And cats generally find rolling in and eating catmint both pleasurable and intoxicating. Lucky them.
